I think you just have to test where you are to make sure you don't, and if
there are others around whom you could ask for assistance as to the lay of
the land, you should use it to keep safe I think.

Hi,

 

With the possible flooding out of the major areas of town, how do you deal
with taking your dog park in rain that falls at a rate of 3 inches/hour? We
don't want to get swamped out on the way.
