[NAGDU] Belto is heading for retirement pretty soon

Good idea but support is lacking at best. A year and a half just to get a field rep out. It is well agreed among everyone who knows the entire course of events that he has always had serious issues, and unless he comes to his senses, retirement is the option at this juncture
