Hello andy, 

The employment specialist has not been hired to help you with your gide dog. You might want to ask him if there are other reasons why you should attend this class? If he insists, you might want to suggest you ask your school for advice. Of course, you talk to the school beforehand :). 

I am not sure how it is in the U. S. But here in Germany it‘s better to appear very cooperative  in your dealings with rehab people, at least as long as you need them. 

Now, if you don‘t need the employment specialist‘s services anymore, just say plain no and stick to it.
