[NAGDU] Harnesses with removable handles

I use one of Julie’s harnesses for my everyday use, and it works well. Leader also does not use a harness with a removable Handel, and being that I travel pretty often, I found that it is much faster and easier to get the Handel on and off rather than the entire harness. On top of that, I can more easily tell what Belto is doing with it.
