[NAGDU] Harnesses with removable handles

Well, what kind of "safety issues" could result from the remova ble handles. People have been using them for years, and I am not sure any safety issues have come ab out as a result. I always just went ahead and used the standard issue, too, but I really can't get excited about the possibility of "safety issues" with them.

Claire has a GDF harness and I find it far easier to remove the entire harness than to fool around getting the handle off and back on.
