Passle, that's not what the web site is saying.

Also where are they getting that it's a legal requirement anywhere for a 
distemper vaccine?  Rabies vaccinations are the law in so far as I know all 
the states, but distemper is not required anywhere.

No. I just got off of the phone with Delta supervisors, 4 of them, and they 
all said the day you fly hand them a copy of your rabies certificate and 
distemper.  They will scan them and give them back to you.  I fly Delta 
monthly.
