[NAGDU] More on the Delta requirements

Jordan, 
appropriately behaved service animals are not a threat to public safety. 

Not saying I agree at all with Delta’s decision to require health information under the guise of safety. As I’ve noted, all this means is that the poorly behaved animal that just bit you doesn’t have Rabies. It does nothing regarding the animal’s actual behavior, which is the safety threat we noted during the ACCESS Committee process.
