It's very nice that GEB works to make sure "(y)our dogs are ... bred, 
socialized and trained to be well behaved in public." and that GEB is 
committed to assisting "(y)our graduates ... ."

It is too bad that GEB is focused on self promotion, instead of working 
with the rest of the users of service animals to try to find a solution 
that meets the needs of all of us who have "dogs that are bred, 
socialized and trained to be well behaved in public."
