[NAGDU] Chewy

Hi,
We love Chewy, and we’ve used them for a year or so. We had a situation where an order was delivered to the apartment building in front of us, and they re-shipped the order, telling us that if we were to locate the original shipment to keep it. When we located the original shipment, we called again to verify this, and they told us to definitely keep it. Our products have always arrived in a timely manner with secure packaging.

(This process of updating merchants took a while.) Imagine my surprise when I again got a declined payment…seems that I added the new card but the update didn’t become my default payment method. So I fixed that, my card was charged, and I got my two bags of dog food on Saturday.

A human that spoke English. A human that spoke English and lived in Texas. A human that spoke English, lived in Texas, and was actually helpful.

Also Chewy has better boxes, so your stuff arrives safely. Pet Flow may have changed boxes. It's been a few years since I used them. The only downside to Chewy is that is so super easy to order that it's easy to go nuts and buy more stuff than any sane person strictly needs.
