	In a previous message, I urged subscribers to not make assertions on
topics of which they have no expertise. To the best of my knowledge, most
guide dog training programs do not have mandatory visits

The Seeing Eye does not require mandatory visits. You can request visits. I
would say that I don't think they do now. It has been a while since I was
last there, so things could have changed.
