Jenine, yes, Kevin and I a few times got some whatever and we did not have to remove our shoes. Everything went super quick also as we were in the priviledged line for those who paid all that money, which we didn't pay. We just got the designation, were super thankful to the Agents and went on our way.

I’ve gone through TSA with one of those boots for a foot injury and they made me unwrap it and though I couldn’t take it completely off, they did dust it and feel inside of it. 

I’ve also seen them do the screens of people who cannot remove their shoes and honestly, I’d rather just remove mine. 

Btw, has anyone on this list ever been successful at not removing said shoes on the premise of it being in the rules on the web site? Just curious.
