Actually. Publix doesn't have a dog problem. It has a people problem.
This clueless newspaper writer does nothing to inform and much to
obfuscate. Suggesting that Publix act like Delta shows ignorance of the
law. The writer is clearly not aware that Publix has no right to ask
for anything in writing, as it is not subject the ACAA. If the dog does
any of things the writer lists, boot the handler and dog out, regardless
of the handler's status.
