This is, in fact, a sad story. However, I hope we don't have a lot of
discussion about it unless you can find a way to relate it to guide dogs,
etc.

I received this email and I found it very disturbing. The dog in this
incident was a pet puppy,in a proper airline carrier and died because of an
uncaring flight attendant who forced the owner of the puppy to put it in the
overhead compartment, where it suffocated. Apparently,this airline has a
problem transporting dogs, as many have died according to the person
reporting.
