This appears to simply be a renewal of existing regulations requiring 
ACAA covered carriers to provide an online mechanism for passengers to 
request disability accommodation services to get to and from their gates 
and relief areas.  It also requires that a disclaimer indicating that 
when software or external services are used that is outside the 
airline's control, the information may not be accessible.
