Belto is like that.  He will drink a very tiny bit if not at all after being out in the heat we get here in Louisiana.

My dog would go through periods at my previous job where she wouldn't want to drink water when I would have expected her to be thirsty but her behavior and relieving patterns remained normal so I chalked it up to her being a water snob.

Claire will drink very little when we are in hotels where the humidity is usually very low.  It is probably just a difference from the taste of the water she is used to at home.  'Doesn't seem to bother her at all and she relieves normally, just not as much.
