[NAGDU] grooming dogs in a big city and Leader Latin class

If she has a balcony, that would be the ideal solution I think. When I
lived in a dorm, I would have my dog stand on a bench hardly anyone
ever used and brush him there. Otherwise, I would find a small grassy
area outside of a building or a lesser used sidewalk and brush there.
In either case, I would empty the clump of hair from the brush into a
trash can.

I have brushed my dog inside when there was many consecutive days of
really cold, hot, or rainy weather and vacuumed afterward. It isn't
ideal IMO, but not the end of the world either.
