[NAGDU] New GDB contract

There was a brief time in the early ’00’s…where GDB did actually offer pretty darned close to full ownership. The contract for this was called something like “gift of guide dog transfer” or some such nonsense, but it was, as I recall when I read it once, pretty progressive for them. Sadly, this didn’t last, and, like the tenure of a zillion CEO’s between 1996 and now, was very, very short-lived. Sort of like their supposed effort to pilot working with blind guide dog instructors which, given my limited knowledge of, they set up to fail at the outset, so it’s no surprise that it didn’t last long. Yeah…you could say I have a philosophical difference or two with them myself.
