[NAGDU] Kerri, NJ weather

Thanks for the heads-up Tracy; I have a warm jacket, which happens to be my work jacket, but it's the warmest of them all, and it has a hoodie on it. Speaking of weather, question to the list at large. I found out from admissions that you cannot use an umbrella in class while traveling, and I understand why; it changes the sounds in your immediate surrounding environment, which is why I rarely use them at home anyway. But, I guess a poncho or a hoodie would do the same thing, right? I have a poncho that I bought just for NJ, and I'm a bit concerned that I may not be allowed to use that because of the hood, or maybe I can just not use that part and let it hang down in the back a bit. What do y'all think? I usually wear hoodies like that when it's raining, and if I am at a street crossing or a driveway or parkinglot where there could be moving vehicles, I will remove the hood from my head, cross the area, and then put the hood back up. But, with this being training class, they'll probably want my ears to be completely open to the environment I would think.
This is why I skipped bringing a tobogan, or ear-warmers, because they would be directly over them.
Kerri
