[NAGDU] Owner training

For me I am highly considering owner training because in addition to
blindness I have other disabilities and programs don't like to play nice
meaning I can get a dog for blindness or something else not both. I have
also seen the negatives of positive punishment training methods like leash
corrections. My guide work technique I have had to adapt to fit my needs.
While my current dog is from a program and has become my project I am
learningso much about the process of training. It is a lot of work.
