[NAGDU] Please see the following story

Hi all,

With respect to the dog being on the seat, I am in a Facebook group with the gentleman that this happened to. This same question was raised in the Facebook group.  According to the gentleman, the article is not accurate with respect to the dog being on the seat. According to the gentleman, his dog was never on the seat and remained on the floor at his feet during the entire incident.
