This message is for Mike Hingson. I hope I spelled that right. Hi Mike, I
was taken to the hospital for a life threatening emergency. MY GUIDE DOG
SEDONA along with several animals and equipment were stolen. I have a law
suite against the people and I need your help with some info on the ADA
and service animals in the form of a letter. I need to prove the worth of
my guide dog. They are saying that she was not worth more than I paid for
her as she was not trained by a "professional". They don;t see me as a
trainer, because I am an owner trainer. I have trained all 5 of my guide
dogs and I never had any complaints about their behaviour. I have always
made sure that my dogs were extremely well trained because as an owner
trainer, I know I will be scrutinized more. I had made arrangements to
board the animals, if I were ever hospitalized and the business card of the
boarder was on my refrigerator. No one gave me a chance to do anything.
They just took them and put them up for adoption. They knew that Sedona was
my guide dog. I need some one professional that can tell them about the ADA
and owner trainers as they won't listen to me. My lawyer doesn't now much
about the ADA and said for me to get a letter from someone professional
that could tell them about it,particularly a professional. I tried to
contact Marion,being the president of NAGDU,but in 5 months , I never
receive a response.The trial date is January 7,2020. They have admitted
guilt but don't want to pay me what Sedona was worth and they don't want to
pay me for all the equipment they also stole. Please ,I need your help !
