Uber and Lift drivers do not half to take ride they bid on jobs. Once thay
commit to job then thay can deny you service because of guid dog. Some
drivers will bid on job for many reason such as they don't want go in that
direction or because wher you are or going is going to take lot more time
and ride is not profitable. Drivers on lift and Uber have lot info such as
does person tip and how did person tip on the last trips and also are they
nice.

Hi Julie,
I think it's only something that the drivers can see. I have looked over my
profile and can't find it anywhere on the app. I bet that Customer Service
flags you when you call in to report a denial.

Hi Deanna,

This is very concerning to me as well. And I agree and do not usually
provide advanced notice of the presence of my guide dog either. Is this
something we can view in our profiles? Or is this something the drivers can
see? I am wondering this because you didn't add it, so perhaps you would
not even know it was there if you looked yourself.

Julie
