[NAGDU] Uber problem resolved

One thing I have wondered about though is whether drivers who are dismissed from one platform can just go ahead and join the other one. I don't know if this is logged anywhere or if applicants to the platform have to complete any questionnaire saying if they have denied a service animal and whether that gets checked on. I have also wondered once a driver is dismissed how long they are ineligible to rejoin the platform. If anybody has information about this I'd be curious. When using Lyft or Uber, I have never gotten the same driver twice mainly because I tend to use them more in urban areas where there are a lot of drivers.

Dan, I get where you are coming from on this. However, if we are filling out the form concerning rides both good and bad, as is requested in the settlement, chances are good they did let the drivers go. Of course it is possible that they did no, but I would like to think they are faithfully observing the terms of the settlement and that mostly or wherever possible we are as well.
