Christie is fantastic. She used to blog sometimes about guide dog training, and she has a pretty long history. Started out at GEB, well…actually, she was a GDB puppy raiser, *then* she was a trainer at GEB. Then she moved to TSE with some of the trainers who left GEB when Russ Post became president, I think that was the catalyst, anyway. Took a few years off and taught O&M in Aridzona, then went back to work for Leader. Now she works with puppies at Southeastern and tolerates Will Henry’s ukulele in Florida. Anyway, I have a great deal of respect for her. And for Will, of course, and not just because Will complimented the Hildabeast and how well her training went (in spite of her idiot trainer) when we met him in 2017.
