Hi

I have asked the list serve of GDUI, when I was still part of ACB this
question, and I just wanted to ask the NFB guide dog list serve as well. Has
anyone attended or heard of Pilot Dogs? I have heard some negative roomers
about them, regarding their temperament, ability to adjust to new
environments, not doing traffic checks, ETC; a lot of these people who have.
However, I am interested in them for Three reasons, please see below.

1.	They are located in the Midwest, so they have the same weather as
ND, so the dog wouldn't have to make major weather adjustments after
returning home.
2.	My brother no longer lives with me, but he is extremely allergic to
most kinds of animals, especially dogs and cats. I would like to get a
standard poodle that would allow me to be around him without having to worry
about him getting sick. I wish schools did labradoodles still.
3.	As a pastor, I need to have a clean appearance. Most guide dogs are
labradores that shed and make the room seam like it just snowed from the
inside. With a poodle, you don't have the worry of walking into a meeting
with pounds of dog hair covering your body.
4.	Thank you.
5.	Cole Roberts
