Goodafternoon All, I hope everyone is well, and still has their sanity during these crazy times. Can anyone recommend a rain jacket for my guide, preferably one that can be worn under the harness and is potentially available in bright colors? I know Ruffware has some good ones, and I have the service dog discount. Thanks, Lauren
