[NAGDU] Chewy service dog discount

Chewy gives guide dog owners a tax exemption.  It is necessary to fill out a
form and return it to Chewy for approval.

I'm getting ready to create an account at chewy.com.  Don't they have some
kind of service dog discount on shipping?  If that right, how do I ask for
it?  I hunted through my emails, but can't find what I'm vaguely
remembering.
