[NAGDU] Very Interesting Excerpt from SC Statutes

This should be published in every newspaper and news outlets in the
country. And in journals of the business communities nationwide. Then law
enforcement or DOJ should post this to shut down the businesses that
encourage people to fake their dogs as service animals and how to tell the
real from the fake.
