Hi Heather,
Am I understanding you correctly that people don't have to pay to participate in the meeting (s)? A friend was worried about the cost as she lives in Canada.

Thank you, Mike. Exactly, those one tap mobile sort of number configurations simply put in Punctuation as spacers, the more you put the longer it delays the entry of the digits that follow. It can be used with a contact to enter an extension after the menu process of been read, or in this case to enter the code to get you into the room on zoom or a conference call line. However if you are dialing in manually on a landline phone, you simply enter the first set of numbers, and then when prompted enter the remaining numbers. I have been asked this by several people on an off list I will answer it here. While we would be thrilled to have lots of people attend our entire New York State convention, It is not necessary to pay registration fees for the convention and attend the entire thing. You can simply pick the meeting, or meetings, of groups and divisions you are interested in attending, and follow the direct zoom links that are sent out by divisions for their various seminars, or, you can visit the agenda and follow the appropriate links for the specific meetings you wish to attend. If you are attending from another state, please just be mindful that times are in eastern standard time, and so you may need to adjust based on where you are calling in from. Also, please stay tuned, as we may have an updated link that will allow us to provide close captioning for deaf and deaf blind participants. If we are able to pull this together we would be happy to do so, and will post an updated link to the various lists and social media if that is doable and as soon as it is available.If we are not able to do so, we will look into options for the future And will develop a protocol for implementing that sort of accessibility feature for future zoom workshops, meetings, and seminars. We would only ask for everyone’s patience as meeting diverse needs is complex, and difficult, is it worth it? Absolutely. But it’s not a simple yes/no black/white this or that dichotomy. And we are all learning together.
