Hi Todd and list;

I haven't personally used it but a number of people in my area are using an
i-phone app called blind square.  Its not free but I don't think its to
pricey.  Humanware also has a stand alone gps unit.  Unfortunately the new
gps they sell is part of the stream which makes it quite pricey.

Look at it this way, spring is here and its getting to be good walking
weather.
