Madison, warm hugs, the schools do train dogs for many disabilities. Guiding
Eyes names there program where they train dogs for various disabilities, even.
Seeing Eye has trained dogs to work with people who have had strokes, missing a
leg, and even in one case I know of have trained a dog for a double amputee. For
a long while several schools trained dogs to guide persons in power chairs, but
those programs are gone. To costly, I hear.  

Just frustrating as you can imagine working a dog for twenty-five years and now
nothing.

Becky, I understand, I didn't mean to offend you, I'm truly sorry. You could
always owner-train I suppose. I wish schools would train guide dogs for
blind/visually impaired people with multiple disabilities.

Madison, there are no schools training a guide dog to help me. Put yourself in
my shoes for a minute. I wil bet you would choose a robotic dog. .
