Subject: [NAGDU] Class date

I'll be in class at The Seeing Eye starting January 3.

For a while yesterday, Krokus was great and I was thinking "Gee, what am I
doing!" Then he got up to all his tricks, and I knew again it's time for him to
live the life of leisure and me to move on. He still has good energy, for a
while, and he'll miss going out with me, until he sees that instead he gets to
go on lovely sniffy walks with my husband, where he can sniff everything, pee
whenever he likes, and stop to visit people and dogs.

I've never been to a winter class, so I'm making lists of the extra stuff I have
to bring, like my boots and extra socks for when things get wet.

The Covid protocols sound like a pain, wearing a mask everywhere except in my
room, but that's the way it is. And no volunteers to run to the store and pick
up stuff, so any snacks or drinks I'll want I have to bring enough for the whole
time. Though I'm hoping maybe we can go into a grocery store some time in
training. Good practice.

By wild chance, anyone else in my class? Or anyone have advice about winter
classes, besides the obvious of having plenty of warm clothes? I'll have to get
out the longjohns.

Tracy
