[NAGDU] Update on my new dog.

Hi, last week was a bit warm but I don't cope well in the heat so we tend to
try and do things early in the day. This week has been cooler so walking in
the middle of the day wasn't too bad. Today we went to the major shopping
centre near here where my dentist is. We drove up there and we managed to
park where my mum does when she takes me which is the entrance near my
dentist. It was surprising that we got the right door because there are so
many entrances and I had no way of directing them to the right one. So, we
taught Sherlock how to find the dentist and then we did some escalator work.
We also ran into one of my sisters-in-laws there so she got to watch
Sherlock work. She also watched us go up and down the escalators. She took a
photo of us working and sent it to the family.

Tomorrow we are going to take him up to the vets and get him into their
system.

Bye for now.

Hi Sharon,
Congrats on your new dog! Sounds like your training is going well. Sounds
like you are getting home training there in Australia. How is Sherlock doing
in your summer heat? The dog came from New Jersey during our winter.
Talk about instant season change!

I dont post much. I have a lab/golden cross named Aristotle. He is yellow
Lab colored and will be 7 years old this coming September. We live in San
Diego, California which is not far from the border with Mexico where we
never go anymore because I dont have a passport card. I've had guide dogs
since 1973 with a couple of breaks between dogs.

Hope all of you on the list is doing fine during the pandemic. Aristotle
still gets some work when I do errands around town.

Lyn and Aristotle
