Hello everyone!
I hope you had a wonderful and safe holiday season.
It's time to get back on track with our monthly TXAGDU membership meetings.
Please note that we are meeting on Sunday, January 31 at 4 p.m. central
time, and we are starting our series where members discuss their respective
guide dog schools. We will begin with The Seeing Eye as the school was
founded on January 29. Also, two of my Seeing Eye dogs were born this
month. My first guide Bates was born January 31, 1996 and died in 2012.
Barbara, my current guide was born on January 4, and she shares a birthday
with Louis Braille.
Anyway, I hope to see all of you Sunday.
