*Hello everyone, regarding the Rideshare survey. It is true that in the 
past, the survey was only focused on people's experiences if traveling 
with a guide dog. However, if you go to the survey, you will see that it 
has been updated to include other information such as excess ability of 
the platform. At this point we are gathering information about 
everybody's experiences whether they are good or bad, whether you travel 
with a cane or guide dog, and whether you are the account holder or not. 
Believe me, it is human nature to only report the bad because we want 
everyone to know about it while not reporting the good because we feel 
that's the way it should always be. However, to have a better sense of 
the experiences that people have when using a Rideshare company, we need 
to collect both good and bad experiences. I highly encourage everyone to 
fill out the survey once completing a ride no matter how it went. Thanks
