Hi all. I'm forwarding the below from TSA in the event you have used the passenger Support Specialist program and wish to provide feedback. Passenger Support Specialists are TSA employees, not airline employees. They provide assistance to people with disabilities during screenings if requested. If you have called TSA Cares to arrange for assistance during screening, you may have dealt with a passenger support specialist. If you have requested a supervisor because, for instance, you have incorrectly been told you have to remove your dog's equipment to go through screening, the supervisor who assisted you would have also had passenger support specialist training. It's important for TSA to receive feedback on the program so I hope you will take a few minutes to provide it if you have any to give. I'm sure people have had negative experiences and they need to know about them, but I know constructive feedback will also be welcome. Thanks.
