The second in our Mountain Time at 5 Know Your Rights series will focus on
the rights of blind people to travel with cane or canine. Special guests
include Raul Gallegos, President, National Association of Guide Dog Users;
Scott LaBarre, President, NFBCO; Mike Hingson, long-time Federation leader,
author, nationally known guide dog advocate, and member of the Board of
Directors of the Colorado Center for the Blind. And you-the expert blind
