It is my understanding that there has been some discussion as to the
possibility of one or more persons being moderated here. That is their
messages are held, and not released to the list.

This is not the case. What usually happens is that a person may have more
than one e-mail address and she/he posts from one which isn't subscribed to
the list. Then the message is held -- because the other address is seen as a
non-member to that list.  This is the major way we keep spam from going on
the lists.

When you post, please make sure your message is posted from an address that
is subscribed to the list you are using. If the message is held, I may not
see it because of the large number of spam messages that are held every day.
