[NAGDU] audible traffic signals

You took the words right out of my mouth Michael. In the area where I live there are two APS intersections. None of them I travel. Although I have been trained with them and without them. They are predictable and helpful but, traffic is not predictable. The other thing is I never trust anyone who is telling me to go ahead. I prefer to be responsible for my own fate good or bad. so far it has always been good and I would rather not have any bad experiences, If avoidable.
