[NAGDU] Guide Dog Programs in the States

That's pretty much my reaction.  Especially, how to you ignore bad 
behavior duirng guidework along busy streets or rough terrain strewn 
with obstacles?  In my last class, one of the lectures stressed that the 
"balance" should favor praise, which I'd already known for a long while 
by then.  But having read a couple of recent dog books and been a 
regular reader of Your Dog for several years, I find the advice on 
dealing with bad behavior woefully and maybe willfully incomplete.
