Hi sherrill,
My mom has had issues with urine incontinence with two of her older dogs the vet prescribed estrogen and it worked beautifully maybe that's an option? I know it's another pill but it might be worth a try. In my mom's case, it worked 100% in both cases!

Big hugs and best wishes!!
