[NAGDU] Uber canceled when he saw me

Just had an Uber cancel when he saw me and Igloo.  Another driver picked up
the trip and took me, complaining all the way about not being an Uber Pet
driver.  I couldn't make him understand Igloo is not a pet. 

Anyway, how do I complain about the guy who canceled?  Pick the trip that
was OK, and make a comment?  Heavens forbig they should make it easy.
