Hi, Tracy.
Sheldon's not very predictable, either. His breakfast time can vary
from day to day by a couple of hours, depending on when I get up.
(Sometimes, Sheldon tells me to get up.) His supper is now almost always
around 5:30. He wants to wiz and crap more in a day than any of my four
previous dogs, more if he gets more work, of course.
One thing that has helped me somewhat in the morning is to feed him
before I take him out to park. If I take him out first, as we did in my
last Seeing Eye class, he often wants me to take him out a second time
soon after breakfast.
I don't know why Sheldon makes more visits to the Great Park than any of
my other dogs, but I know of no medical problems and I figure I just
have to live with it. I'll be glad if somebody knows a better way, but
this is the best I know.
Best!
