[NAGDU] Burning man

I don't know much about Burning Man, but, from the little I've heard,
conditions are pretty primitive.  Will there be a place for the dog to get
out of the sun?  Will it have access to plenty of water?  Will the ground be
cool enough to walk on without shoes?  These are the questions I would ask.
If the answers are satisfactory, there you go.  If they're not ...
