Hi Melissa,
If it were me, I would contact your management of your apartment building and find out what they’re going to do to accommodate you and ask them how it is that you and your dog can get out of there safely.
There are laws about not making things safe for your tenants.
And there are organizations that can help you solve this problem.
I would simply ask them. How are you going to make it so that I can get safely out of this apartment.
Then, if you can’t get any reasonable response there, I would get my immediate problem solved by calling one of the local churches or someone to see if they can come and walk with you and help you find a Safeway and then I’d hire an attorney and through their butt .

is Melissa.
Outside of my apartment, they are pouring concrete and building a new
concrete patio . I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to get my guide
out to go relieve her self or any suggestions on relieving things inside the
house.
She is trying so good that she won't go in the house unless she's sick or
really Hass to go.
I had found someone to take her from me for a while but, they had lots of
trouble. So I'm just asking so I can do the best I can for her and for
myself. I am not gonna be able to get out of the house either unless there's
an emergency.
