The form process is simple and can be used on any airline in the US. One is am attestation, the other asks for information about your service dog.Fill them out, sign them, and take them with the health certificate to the ticket counter. The agent will validate your forms and will note it in the system.  If you book online they may give you a revised ticket noting you have a service dog .They will return you paperwork so keep them with you. No one else will ask for them. That's it. I'm in the process of retiring my current dog.  I've already got a home for her, but it is several states away, so flying is the only option.I haven't flown since 2019, so the new rules and regulations weren't in place.  I simply booked a flight, had my ID and my dog's ID and a health certificate and had no issues.Now I know I need to fill out these numerous forms.Which airline is less bureaucratic and easier to deal with? Also, how does the paperwork go if purchasing through a site like Travelosity?  Would it be less stressful to purchase and deal directly with an airline?    How are situations handled if switching airlines?
