[NAGDU] Really need more surveys completed

Hello Cindy and all. I believe, and Lisa can correct me if I am wrong, is that Lisa was referring to the downloading and filling out of the airline attestation form. Lisa, I hope I interpreted yor comments coorectly, and I also hope that you put those comments into the comments section of our survey. We need as much information as possible.

Explain to me what’s in that survey that makes it so difficult. I haven’t done one because I don’t have a dog. I’m really curious about this and, not trying to be snarky.
