[NAGDU] Really need more surveys completed

Cindy, the survey itself isn't difficult; it's very accessible. The only part that might cause a problem is downloading the ACA form for the purposes of answering survey questions.  But if you can't do this, that issue is also taken into account in the survey.


I was referring to the form the airlines are expecting us to fill out. Also, you don't have to be currently using a dog to take the survey.
