Hi, Kate,
I am glad you have joined us.
First of all, I wonder if you want to be a digest member or someone who receives each E-mail. If you want to change that, you can. I need to look up how, but I did it once.
Second, this is not a newsletter. This is a mailing list. I don’t know if NAGDU currently has a newsletter. I think your best bet would be to write to board at nagdu.org and one of the board members will help you.
You can post whatever you like here so long as it is guide dog related. 
Please post when you can, and if I can help further, please let me know.
