[NAGDU] choosing schools

Our winters get really cold and we tend to get lots of snow and while I get that no one likes going out in the freezing cold and snow I would want to know that I'd be getting a dog that can handle that type of conditions just the same as I'd think someone who lives somewhere that gets a lot of rain/storms would want to know that their dog would be able to handle it.
